Restorative Nursing techniques focus on maintaining maximum function and individualism of our residents. Our nursing department encourages each resident to actively participate in their own care, and maintain their independence by doing as much of that care as they can.

Dignity and independence are vital to self-esteem. Our goal is to reinforce each resident’s sense of self-worth. Individualized Care Plans are developed for each resident. Every resident is greeted and welcomed by our Clinical Nurse Coordinator on admission. A great deal of time and effort is expended to adapt each person’s stay to his or her needs.
