Respite Care	-	Brief admissions for families currently caring for a loved one at home. Many families utilize this service when a primary caretaker must leave or is ill. Admissions can range from a few days to a week or more.
Rehabilitation	-	For those persons needing further care between the hospital and the return to home for therapy or wound care. Persons suffering from post-operative hip fractures, strokes (cerebral vascular accidents), and severe wounds are among our Rehabilitation residents.
Assisted Living	-	For those persons unable to or no longer desiring to live by themselves but do not require skilled nursing care. Our Villas allow for a safer environment while maintaining a home-like atmosphere. Respite admissions are available on this level.
Long Term Care	-	For those persons requiring skilled nursing care beyond the care that can be provided at the home.

Information and applications can be obtained by contacting our Social Services Department. Mahoning Valley has no application fee. Appointments for professional interviews and tours may be scheduled Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
