Mahonning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is located at the foot of the Pocono Mountains in Lehighton, Pennsylvania. At Mahonning Valley, we offer around the clock nursing care from our certified staff members that enable the continuity of medication and treatment. We also provide quality Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy, which is tailored to our resident's needs and preferences.
